As part of a complete new roof replacement, we installed new Code 4 lead stepped flashings, a traditionally welded front apron, and a welded lead back gutter around the chimney stack. The previous roof had reached the end of its lifespan, making a full replacement the best long-term solution.
The stepped flashings were carefully chased into the brickwork and pointed to provide a secure, weatherproof seal, while the front apron and back gutter were expertly welded to create strong, seamless joints that will perform for many years to come.
