The existing GRP fibreglass flat roof system had completely failed, resulting in water ingress and deterioration of the roof structure.
Following a full inspection, it was clear that a complete rebuild was the only long-term solution.
Our work included:
- Complete removal of the failed flat roof system
- Full replacement of all damaged timber work and roof structure
- Installation of new roof decking
- Application of a Res-Tec GRP fibreglass flat roofing system, renowned for its strength, durability and seamless waterproof finish
- New edge trims and expertly detailed waterproofing around the roof lantern
